About Erica
The person
in your corner.
Having grown up in Chicago, I remain rooted in solid Midwestern values of hard work, dedication, and integrity. When choosing a college, I was drawn to the creative promise of the West Coast mindset and went to college at The Claremont Colleges. I have lived primarily in San Francisco since I left Claremont and have experienced life here through many stages.
Things that are true about me: I am a determined, hard worker. I show up for my people, and I value deep and lasting relationships. I have always been extremely curious about what makes people tick. Having grown up around inspiring, enthralling and hysterically funny older people, I adore being with and learning from elders. Understanding and creating spaces and gatherings grounded in joy and community is at the root of my life choices. I find it fascinating to understand what draws people into a space and brings them together. I have a deep appreciation for art, the creative mindset about making things, and all things style-related. Being in nature, and living close to so many remarkably beautiful green spaces, near and far, gives me perspective and fills me with gratitude, as does being proximate to the ocean. Hawaii is near and dear to me and is my family's absolute happiest of places.
My husband works in tech and is a creative at heart. We have two teenagers who have grown up in San Francisco. In our time together, we gravitate to warm places and to being in nature. We have fun traveling together, exploring and learning new things.

My professional foundation synthesizes high-level human behavior, spatial art, and financial discipline:
- Counseling & Advocacy: I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Art from Pitzer College and a double M.A. in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling and Art Therapy from the College of Notre Dame. My background also includes clinical internship work at Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute and in community-based mental health. This experience gives me exceptional insight into negotiation dynamics, active listening, and navigating high-stress transitions with calm authority.
- Aesthetic Vision: Having worked as a celebrity fashion stylist and prop stylist for film and print media, I bring an expert eye for proportion, design, and presentation—skills I apply directly to architectural positioning, spatial design, and staging.
- Investor Discipline: For 25 years, I have woven these disciplines together while managing personal development projects, major renovations, and advisory services for buyers and sellers across San Francisco, in Hawaii and internationally.
